Music and Art. I grew up in a family of professional musicians and artists. I guess it's in the genes. Although I have played piano and flute for most of my life, I chose art as a career path. I studied intaglio (printmaking) in college, photography in the United States Navy, and apprenticed in computer graphic design in the late 1980's, all the while playing flute and piano when I could. In 2006 I decided a career change was in order, and enrolled as a returning adult student in the music program at SUNY Adirondack in Queensbury, NY. I graduated in 2008 with my AS (flute).

I play flute and piccolo in both the Lake George Community Band and the SUNY Adirondack Symphonic Band, as well as other ensembles in the area. I offer services as a Musician for Hire for weddings, cocktail hours, art openings, and church services. At home, I teach flute and piano and work as a composer and arranger.

As an ongoing freelance artist, I offer graphic design services and commissioned fine art. Graphic Design work includes logo design and business image packages, newsletters, flyers, and more. My commissioned work includes portraiture in pen and ink, pencil, charcoal, pastels, watercolor pencil, and colored ink, notecards, and prints.
